Insulated Clad Door
DESCRIPTION The Insulated Clad Door looks simple and elegant - a series of vertical boards with a fine shadow line between them - while still retaining the strength of a traditional mortise and tenon door. This is achieved by using a combination of full thickness stiles and hidden half thickness cross rails, which are then clad on both sides. The internal spaces between the cross rails are filled with highly fire resistant Steico wood fibre insulation, which gives this door a higher insulating value. All joints are double mortise and tenon for enduring strength.
OPTIONS Decorative studs are an option - but are not as commonly used as these particular photos would suggest!
SUITABLE FOR External front entry door and internal doors (good for sound proofing).
SIZING Maximum size is 3000 x 1350mm. Door thickness is standard at 60mm but can be reduced to 50mm if required.
