Ground & Brushed Demolition timber
Ground & brushed timber is first sanded with an angle grinder to even out the surface and removes some or all of the grey weathering. The timber is then wire brushed to remove splinters and the softer fibres of the timber while leaving the harder grain proud, creating a tactile finish with striking depth and definition. There is no machine cutting on the ground and brushed finish. Ground and brushed is suited for all external timber applications and internal feature pieces.
